The Reinvention Generation is anybody 14 or over who cares about life on earth, wants to empower themselves and create new possibilities for themselves and others.

That's pretty broad definition, so let's see if we can narrow it down a bit...

There are no academic or experience requirements but you do need an open mind and adhere to the community’s guiding principles. Follow the Golden Rule (love your neighbour as you love yourself or do unto others as you would have do unto yourself) and you'll be just fine.

Let's have a look at some categories of people that should find benefit from the GenR movement.

By Age

Young people - you are the next generation of world leaders and those who will lead the world to peace opportunity and wellbeing for all. The Rising helps you create the tools and develop the expertise and wisdom to do it.

Mid-age people - you are the storehouse of expertise and the parents of the young. The Rising helps you contribute that expertise to create a safer world with more opportunities for your children.

Late career and seniors - you are the storehouse of experience and wisdom. You saw the emergence of the world from the darkness of the post-war decades and can see the darkness we are reverting to. The Rising enables you contribute that wisdom to create a safer world with more opportunities for your children and grand-children.

Again, that's still pretty general. What if we go through the individual elements and see if we can narrow it down.

The Recalibration

The Recalibration is a 10 part course that seeks to change the way you look at yourself, the world and your place in it.

As such, it suits Explorers, Dreamers, Lightworkers, Underdogs, Non-conformists, Overwhelmed, Introverted, I Don’t Fitters, the Anxious and Deep Thinkers. Anybody who is looking for answers as to why things are the way they are and how you can find your power to change your reality. It's where being open-minded is paramount.

And it's life changing if you want it to be.

The Launch Team and the Rising Crew

You can loook at these as start-up phases - attracting clients, building infrastructure and creating the businesses for the long term.

As such, it's great for actual and future Creatives, Writers, Technologists, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Systems Thinkers, Analysts and Change Agents.

Oh, and the unemployed, under-employed and government workers of course!

Contributing your expertise and talents are crucial to creating new systems that work for everyone.If you are early in your career, learn from others. If you have experience, help those with less. Everyone's creativity and contribution is valuable.

The Impact Projects

Impact Projects are where the actual reinvention of the rules is done by people attracted by the Launch Team and using the infrastructure created by the Rising Crew.

In addition to those already mentioned, who would be attracted by the Impact Projects? Those people who benefit from the rules being reinvented in alignment with Peace Opportunity and Wellbeing for all.

Those who serve others

In the current environment, the people who serve others - Community/social workers, Teachers, Service people/veterans, Hospital workers, Garbage collectors, Farm workers etc. - you know, the people who keep society running smoothly - are often low paid and considered expendable. The jobs may not be glamorous compared to being a hedge fund manager, but their empathy and service are a lot more valuable to society as a whole.

The POW Party

The concept of Citizen-led Systems Reinvention - of which GenR Rising is one manifestation - means that citizens are involved in setting the vision and the reinvention of the system. Elections are more than just a series of empty promises and over-the-top negative advertising.

Thus the people attracted to the POW Party will be interested in reaching the vision. Probably a mixture of current Mainstream Politicians, Activists, Non-Voters, who instead of being in resistance to each other, can see a way forward to a common goal and where they each have a voice
